To strengthen its Academics, Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh has joined hands with Pearson Education Services by signing an MoU with the Company. The MoU was signed between Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group and Mr. Mohd. Suhail, North Head, Pearson Higher Education.

This association will provide Aryans with a complete cloud-based learning platform with advanced features including personalized learning, collaborative learning and contextual content aggregation. The Pearson online content has been developed by top notch faculty of India.

Mohd. Suhail said that till now Pearson was providing digital classes only. But Aryans is the first institution in the region to get Pearson learningware. Suhail added that through this, a student may access his account 24X7 and it would help the students in promoting self learning.

Dr Anshu Kataria quoted that Aryans is collaborating with Pearson to have the higher and more techno oriented medium of education. The teaching shall be diverted from the conventional classes to a more realistic classroom. The teaching shall be made more technical yet simple and interactive.

Dr Kataria added that this teaching will be coupled with high-quality interactive content including animations, simulations and question banks.  Pearson has affirmed to provide Aryans with customized contents, e-Learning and e-Books which will focus on development in education.

Mohd Suhail further added that the multimedia content will include graphics, images, animations, power point slides and many other learning tools. These visual and audible learning tools would make studies more accessible and much more understandable.

He further added that e-learning has been prevalent in USA for past many years. Renowned universities like Columbia University, Harvard University, Duke University, Stanford University etc. are already using the process of e learning.

Mohd. Suhail further added that this would break the monotonous routine of the chalk and board classroom and would make the classes more interactive. These classes will promote retention of lessons thus instilling confidence in students and are useful from the placement perspective.
